All rooms are en-suite with tv's and tea & coffee making facilities and Wi Fi. We are just a ten minute walk from the city center and University. Many guests use the baytree-lodge as a base for their activites in the snowdonia national park.

Chris and Jenny Mullen would like to welcome you to Cairn Bay Lodge, a guesthouse for the discerning traveler set in extensive gardens with panoramic views of Ballyholme Bay and Ballymacormick Point Built in 1914 for Belfast City Councellor William Tyrell, The Cairn is a detached seaside villa with classic oak panelling, Dutch fireplaces and wonderful stained glass. His son Air Vice Marshall Sir William Tyrell was surgeon to the Queen Mother and the present day Queen. So proud of the fact that his son held such an illustrious position William Senior had balconies built at both the front and rear of the house in anticipation of a Royal Visit.

Our Bangor hotel is conveniently located between the lively university town of Bangor and some great hiking in the stunning Snowdonia National Park. Anglesey's beautiful beaches are right on your doorstep, too. Dramatic Penrhyn Castle, with its beautiful grounds, is just a couple of miles away, or head into Bangor to view the historic cathedral and visit the Gwynedd Museum and Art Gallery.

Unique accommodation in an Old Coaching Inn, which dates back to 1614. The original thatched roof still houses our Parlour Bar & Lounge. Accommodation ranges from standard to superior rooms, each one individually styled and named and many have period furnishings and four poster beds.

Situated in the heart of the city but in a unique, secluded and picturesque part of Bangor but with the added benefit of being within walking distance to all amenities and the best eating establishments in the area. Bangor Bed and Breakfast is within walking distance to the University sites, Bangor City Football Club and Coleg Menai and just over a mile away from Bangor Hospital (Ysbyty Gwynedd) , Bangor Railway Station and City Centre. All this with the added benefit of still feeling that your still in the beautiful Welsh country side.

We offer 10 well appointed rooms with magnificent views of the harbour and its surroundings. Located within walking distance of the bus and train stations, town centre, and marina, Ennislare House has private parking and is an approved Northern Ireland Tourist Board member. Our rooms are traditionally furnished, with lovely bedding and good facilities.

We feel privileged to live in this area of outstanding natural beauty and we welcome like-minded guests to share the experience with us. We have a 12 acre site that contains a meadow, ornamental gardens, a lake and a woodland walk, with bird-hide. A ten minute walk along a forest trail takes one to the village of Bethesda.
